★ 등록 유의사항
- KOVAS 2025의 사전등록은 7월 6일(일)에 마감되며, 이후에는 학술대회 당일 현장등록만 가능합니다.
- 사전 등록 마감일(7월 6일) 내 카드결제 또는 등록비 송금 미완료 시 사전 등록비 적용이 불가하며, 현장 등록으로 전환됩니다.
이 점 유의하시어 사전 등록 기간 내 결제를 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.
결제방법
등록비는 결제는 카드결제 및 계좌이체 중 선택하여 납부 가능합니다.
- 카드결제: 모든 카드로 납부 가능하며, 할부는 불가합니다.
- 계좌이체:
- - 등록 신청 하신 후, 등록비 입금이 이루어져야만 등록 처리가 완료됩니다.
- - 모든 은행 수수료는 본인 부담입니다.
- - 계좌 이체 시, 입금자명(예금주) 등록자명이 일치해야 입금확인 및 등록완료 처리가 가능합니다.
- - 입금자명과 등록자명이 다른 경우 반드시 사무국(info.kovas2025@innon.co.kr)으로 연락주시기 바랍니다.

등록 취소 및 환불
- 등록 취소 시 반드시 이메일 (info.kovas2025@innon.co.kr)을 통하여 사무국과 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 모든 등록비 환불은 대회 종료 후 환불에 필요한 수수료가 공제된 후 지급됩니다.

Remarks
- All participants are required to register through the KOVAS 2025 online registration system.
- Pre-registration will be available until July 6 (Sun), 2025.
- Payment should be made within the pre-registration period to ensure a complete registration process.
If payment is not received by the deadline, the on-site registration fee will apply.
- A receipt for your registration can be issued at ‘My Page’ after you receive the Confirmation of Registration.
- On-site Registration will be available at the on-site registration desk of the venue during the conference.
Payment Method
Only Credit Card payment is available for international registrations.
- All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate
- - The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, and Union Pay
- - Credit Card payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com
Invitation Letter
The invitation letter can be downloaded on My Page after completing the registration with full payment of your registration fee.
If you need a notarized invitation letter for your visa to Korea, you must request it during the online registration process and will be charged an additional fee (USD 40) for the notary and air courier service.
Please check with the Korean embassy in your country if a notarized letter is required for visa issuance.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat by e-mail (info.kovas2025@innon.co.kr)
- All refunds will be made after the conference.
- All administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
